For those who aren’t aware, I am an avid “CrossFitter” and complete Murph every Memorial Day in honour of U.S. Navy SEAL Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in Afghanistan in 2005, and all those that have given their lives for the freedoms we all have in the United States. This year I completed Murph twice, once on Saturday, May 23rd and again on Memorial Day Monday, May 25th. Thank you to all that serve our country and have served in the past! I didn’t vest this year since I did twice but I will vest again next year!
