Ruck Life for 23rd Veteran

I had the honour of joining some amazing friends this past weekend in support of https://23rdveteran.org/ by rucking 10 miles up and down Mont Du Lac ski resort in Superior Wisconsin, https://23rdveteran.org/rucklife/. All money donated goes to helping battle veteran suicide. I chose to wear my 20lb weight vest and others carried what they could. Over 400 people rucked this year.
